Noah

In 1995 in celebration of the United Nations 50th Anniversary, I company managed a tour for the ever-active Nicholas Goldschmidt. We took Benjamin Britten's musical play "Noah's Flood" from Toronto to Montreal, Ottawa and San Francisco. Have you heard W.C.Field's remark, "Never work with animals or children"? Well, here the animals WERE the children, 120 of them, full of endless daily surprises. The stellar adult performers saw very little of me - and were (fortunately) gracious about that. In San Francisco, after the performance for President Bill Clinton, he asked us to stay over - we had to rebook 175 flights on two days notice!
